FullVis 360° Safety Marker

The FullVis 360 Safety Marker by Mayhorn Safety is a 360-degree omnidirectional reflective hazard tube engineered for industrial facilities, underground and surface mining operations, heavy construction sites, oil and gas processing plants, and petrochemical refineries. Unlike flat reflective tape, traditional streamers, or planar delineators, the FullVis 360's cylindrical form delivers retroreflective visibility from every angle of approach — making it the most effective hazard identification solution for environments where workers, vehicles, and heavy equipment move in multiple directions simultaneously.

At home on construction sites, industrial facilities, mining operations, and anywhere heavy equipment demands a smarter visibility solution.

What Is a 360° Omnidirectional Reflective Safety Marker?

The FullVis 360 uses a cylindrical tube geometry wrapped in high-intensity retroreflective material. Because the reflective surface wraps 360 degrees around the tube, there is no angle of approach at which the marker is not visible. This is what we mean by omnidirectional reflective visibility, and it is the core engineering advantage of the FullVis 360 over every flat-format alternative.

FullVis 360 for Mining Safety

Mayhorn Safety has served the mining industry since 1991. The FullVis 360 Safety Marker is designed with underground and surface mining applications as a primary use case. In underground environments — coal mines, metal mines, and tunneling operations — low-light conditions, confined spaces, and the constant movement of continuous miners, shuttle cars, and personnel carriers create demanding visibility requirements. The FullVis 360's all-direction reflectivity makes it highly effective as a low clearance warning marker, rib line identifier, equipment exclusion zone marker, and emergency egress route indicator. Surface mining applications include haul road hazard marking, slope and bench edge identification, and equipment operating radius demarcation.

FullVis 360 for Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Facilities

Refineries, petrochemical processing plants, LNG terminals, and midstream facilities operate complex, multi-level environments with elevated hazard density. Workers on turnaround crews, maintenance teams, and construction contractors routinely operate in pipe bays, process units, tank farms, and elevated structures where overhead and lateral hazards exist simultaneously. The FullVis 360 is particularly effective as an overhead hazard marker in pipe bays, as a valve approach zone indicator, and as a crane lift exclusion zone marker during planned maintenance and turnaround operations.

FullVis 360 for Construction Sites

Active construction sites — particularly industrial and commercial projects with steel erection, concrete work, and simultaneous multi-trade operations — present dynamic hazard environments where the location of dangers changes daily. The FullVis 360 provides a fast-install, reusable overhead clearance marker for active steel decks, an effective excavation boundary marker for trenching and earthwork operations, and a reliable heavy equipment hazard indicator for areas where cranes, excavators, and material handlers operate near pedestrian traffic. Its flexible construction means it survives rough handling without cracking, splitting, or losing reflectivity.

Custom Safety Markers for Your Facility or Operation

The FullVis 360 Safety Marker is available in custom lengths and can be manufactured with facility-specific text, color-coding, hazard labeling, or identification codes tailored to your site safety program. Mayhorn Safety works directly with safety managers, EHS directors, procurement teams, and facility operators to develop custom reflective safety marker packages for specific applications.
